Join us on January 6th as we #ChangeMentalHealth! This family friendly Fun Run (run, walk, stroll....) follows a course through beautiful Lake Balboa as we raise awareness and funds to ensure that all in need get the mental health support they deserve.  Special Guests for the 5k for Five Signs include Barbara Van Dahlen, PhD, Founder and President of Give an Hour, DJ Nash, Producer and Writer of ABC's A Million Little Things, and Talinda Bennington, Founding Partner, 320 Changes Direction and Executive Advisor, the Campaign to Change Direction. The Campaign to Change Direction® is a Collective Impact Effort of Give an Hour®.

Event Details:

The 5k for Five Signs will begin and end at Woodley Park, Area 1.  Free parking available.

Pre-race festivities begin at 9am with the 5k starting at 10:00am.  This is a family friendly event, and we invite all to join us whether you walk, run, or stroll. T-shirt included with your registration. For those after 12/25/18, we cannot guarantee t-shirt size requested, but we will do our absolute best!

Also, are you planning to run – or considering – the LA Marathon?  Give an Hour is an official Charity Partner and we invite all of our Change Direction team members – and any LA Marathon participants inter!ested – to join us for the 5K to prep for the big race in March!  Our LA Marathon Team still has space…... please consider joining our team to #changementalhealth here.
